An online petition has been devised by activists in the hope to prompt Sony Music to drop rapper R. Kelly after he was accused of running a sex cult.

Recent reports have indicated that Kelly is keeping women, between 18-26, at his houses in Atlanta, Georgia and Chicago, Illinois. The allegations have been strongly denied by Kelly and his legal team, however activists have urged Sony bosses to drop Kelly from his current contract.

Linda Mensch, Kelly’s lawyer, said: “Mr. Robert Kelly is both alarmed and disturbed by the recent revelations attributed to him… He will work diligently and forcibly to pursue his accusers and clear his name.”

Jocelyn Savage, 21, is an alleged ‘victim’ of Kelly’s cult, stated “in a happy place in my life, and I’m not being brainwashed or anything like that” during a recent interview.

She continued by saying “I just want everybody to know, my parents and everybody in the world, that I am totally fine. I’m happy where I’m at, and everything is OK with me.”
