It will be the 13th Loopallu Festival this year, but event organisers have said it will the last one.
Held in Ullapool, Scotland, the event has hosted names such as Mumford and Sons, Paolo Nutini and Twin Atlantic. However, after this year Loopallu won’t be continuing due to the change in venue.
The festival was previously been held at Broomfield Holiday Park, but event organisers have had to change the locations this year due to a disagreement with the owners. The festival has been moved to the town’s pier, which meant the capacity for people to attend was cut.
The festival takes place from 29th-30th September with acts including The Pigeon Detectives, The View and Hunter and the Bear.
So, here we go. With a heavy heart, we’ve decided that our 13th outing is going to be our last. Let's not be sad but celebrate instead. pic.twitter.com/eZdKeHSCMG
